AMN Healthcare Revenue Cycle is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role requires an active Florida RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of case management experience in an acute hospital setting.

The position features 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and travel employment with Meditech, Midas, and InterQual as key systems used in daily duties. Start ASAP with a focus on safe discharge planning and care coordination.

Qualifications

• FL/compact RN license.
• BLS.
• 2 years case manager experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Acute hospital experience in specialty during the past year with no more than a 90-day break.
• Knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and external providers to remove barriers to care, streamline transitions, and support safe, efficient discharge planning.
