Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The position requires 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration for a Cardiac Cath Lab specialty.

Active RN license, degree from accredited program, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months Cath Lab acute care experience are required. Travel perks include private housing or housing allowance, weekly pay, health insurance for you and your family, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

Active RN license.
Degree from an accredited nursing program.
BLS & ACLS certifications.
Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.

Responsibilities

Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
Identify blockages, assisting the physician during procedures, and monitoring the patient’s status.
Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.
