Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN for Cardiac Cath Lab in Morristown, New Jersey. This assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts in a high-demand cardiovascular setting.

Requirements include active RN license, at least 1 year Cath Lab experience, BLS and ACLS; EPIC EMR experience preferred. ARMStaffing offers housing or travel stipends, credentialing support and 24/7 recruiter assistance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, EKG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures (angioplasty, stent placements, etc.)
• Monitor patients during procedures and assess for signs of distress
• Administer medications and manage IV lines per protocol
• Maintain sterile techniques and operate Cath Lab equipment
• Accurately document patient responses, medications, and procedure outcomes
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cardiac care
