Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Jackson, Mississippi. The RN will perform angioplasties, pacemaker implants, and diagnose cardiac conditions in a Cath Lab setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and 18 months of Cath Lab experience. Benefits include per diems, housing options, health coverage, and 401(k) matching. Travel reimbursement and weekly pay provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Cath Lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers and diagnose cardiac conditions with invasive catheterization.
• Identify blockages and assist physicians during procedures while monitoring patient status.
• Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation and related procedures.
