Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week, days with some flexibility.

You will perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers, and diagnose cardiac conditions in an invasive cath lab setting. Active RN license and a nursing degree are required, along with BLS/ACLS and 18 months of Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
• Identify blockages, assisting the physician during procedures, and monitoring the patient’s status.
• Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.
