MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. The position offers a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with dayshift 10-hour shifts on a travel basis.

Requirements include an active RN license, degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and 18 months of recent Acute Care Cath Lab experience. Travel responsibilities and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
• Identify blockages, assisting the physician during procedures, and monitoring the patient’s status at other times.
• Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related interventional or diagnostic procedures.
