Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role involves caring for patients undergoing coronary PCI and structural heart procedures, with 4x9 hour shifts and a 36-hour week.

Candidates must have 24+ months Cath Lab experience, active Iowa or compact license, ACLS/BLS, and proficiency with Impella/IABP/Penumbra. This travel assignment offers a tax-free stipend and unit-specific duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months of recent Cath Lab experience.
• Experience with coronary PCI and structural heart procedures.
• Proficiency with Impella, IABP, and Penumbra equipment.
• Experience with vasopressors and vasodilators.
• Knowledge of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients undergoing coronary PCI and structural heart procedures.
• Monitor and assist during Cath Lab procedures and post-procedure recovery.
