Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a travel nursing assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. The role focuses on supporting physicians during cath lab procedures and patient care in a cardiovascular setting.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of acute care experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and be able to work a 12-hour shift in a fast-paced travel assignment. This position offers a 13-week duration with travel benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• 2+ years of acute care experience or similar clinical exposure.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and electrophysiology procedures.
• Provide patient care and monitoring in a cardiovascular surgical environment.
• Support with device implantations such as pacemakers and ICDs.
