American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - Acute Dialysis with apheresis expertise for a hospital-based unit in Falls Church, VA. The role requires competency in plasmapheresis and red blood cell exchange, with Epic EMR in use.

Active VA or compact RN license is required, along with at least two years of RN experience in apheresis. Leukodepletion and photopheresis experience are preferred. Various call and holiday coverage responsibilities apply.

Qualifications

• Active VA or compact RN license required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an RN in apheresis required.
• Competency in plasmapheresis required.
• Competency in red blood cell exchange required.
• Leukodepletion experience preferred.
• Photopheresis experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Hospital-based apheresis/acute dialysis unit
• Shift hours are 0730-1800
• 1 weekend call per month required
• 1 weekday on-call shift per week required
• No floating required
• Holiday coverage required for 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• Uses Epic EMR
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Former permanent employees may return 12 months after their last shift worked
