HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, is offering travel nursing opportunities in Clyde, NC for 8, 10, or 13 weeks based on facility need. You will provide acute care, administer medications, collect specimens, and participate in care planning with the health care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license is required.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.

Responsabilités

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care, documenting care given.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
