Assignments are 8, 10, or 13 weeks based on facility need, with duties including plan of care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The role requires at least one year of acute care experience, a current RN license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position
• Degree from an accredited school
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies
• Ability to communicate clearly in English

Responsabilités

• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care.
• Monitor and record patient condition and communicate with care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care during transfer, discharge, or referrals
• Evaluate learning needs of patient/family and provide education appropriate to age and condition
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
