Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and a diverse care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care across settings.

The role requires a nursing degree from an accredited program and an unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure (NLC) is advantageous. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practicing.
• Multistate licensure (NLC) preferred or required by state.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Manages patient education, triage, and coordination of care across the continuum.
