Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patients throughout preventative care, treatment, and follow-up, all while adhering to state practice standards.

Required is an accredited nursing program graduate with an unencumbered RN license; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
• Coordinate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Assess, educate and triage patients across the continuum of care.
