Job summary

Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse for travel assignments. The RN delivers care using the nursing process, collaborates with physicians, and supports patients across all care phases.

Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options. Weekly pay includes stipends and Sanford benefits. A valid RN license and at least 1 year of experience, plus 6 months of travel experience, are required; location within 60 miles of the site is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and various interventions.
• Practice within the scope and standards of nursing licensure.
