Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise and adheres to standards and ethics. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extensions, with weekly pay and Sanford benefits available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional team to plan and evaluate care.
• Assess, educate, triage and coordinate care across patient populations.
• Adhere to age- and population-specific standards and professional ethics.
