Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients. This role collaborates with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all stages of care.

It includes patient education and coordinating care plans within Sanford policies and standards. Qualified candidates have at least one year of nursing experience, at least six months travel experience, and licensure as an RN in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA) is required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, provide education, and manage triage and nursing interventions.
