Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced RNs for travel nursing opportunities across the country, including Fargo, ND. Positions feature a 14-week contract with options to extend or relocate to another Sanford site and weekly pay with benefits eligibility.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and may have multistate licensure. Requirements include at least one year of experience and six months travel experience, with a 60-mile radius from the Fargo

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Perform patient assessment, education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
• Coordinate care across prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
