Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments based in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide patient care across the continuum, collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Contract options include 14-week periods with potential extensions. Weekly pay is provided, and Sanford benefits are included for qualifying positions. RN licensure in ND or a multistate license is required or eligible.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelors preferred.
Current RN license in the practice state or multi-state license if applicable (NLC).
Minimum 1 year nursing experience and 6 months travel experience.
Willing to travel and live at least 60 miles from the Fargo, ND location.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
Plan and coordinate care, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
Adhere to the Nurse Practice Act, standards, and ethics in nursing practice.
