Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced RNs for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. The RN will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinate education and follow-up across all care stages.

Requirements include at least one year of experience, at least six months of travel experience, and living within 60 miles of the Fargo location. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and follow-up as patients move along the continuum of care.
