Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments in Fargo, ND. Shifts are 12 hours with rotating schedules and a 36-hour work week. Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions across Sanford sites.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have 1 year of nursing experience (including 6 months travel), and are located within 60 miles of the Fargo location. Sanford provides comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license to practice in state; multistate licensure may be required (NLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Perform patient education, triage, and coordination of care.
• Maintain standards per Nurse Practice Act and professional ethics.
