Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments at facilities in Fargo, ND and surrounding areas. The role requires a valid RN license in the practice state, and travel experience is preferred.

Assignments are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. Weekly pay includes stipends and Sanford benefits, with drug screening and background checks as part of hiring.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs (multistate licensure acceptable).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• At least one year of RN experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage, and follow-up across the care continuum.
• Perform nursing interventions within scope of practice and in accordance with policy and guidelines.
• Maintain licensure and competencies as required by state board and accreditation standards.
