Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practice state; multistate licensure if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and nursing interventions within scope of practice.
