Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced RNs for travel assignments nationwide, focusing on underserved communities. The role at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr (Fargo, ND) offers 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week on a 14-week contract with extension options.

RNs will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, provide patient education, triage, and coordinate care across settings. A valid RN license and accredited nursing education are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all care phases.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
