Solutions By Sanford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at Sanford Broadway Med Ctr in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality nursing care across all phases of care, with scheduling that includes 12‑hour day shifts and a 36‑hour work week.

A valid RN license and nursing degree are required, with a preference for candidates with a BSN. Contracts run for 14 weeks with potential extensions; weekly pay includes stipends and Sanford benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter‑professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and other nursing interventions; adhere to Nurse Practice Act and agency standards.
