Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care. The role covers all phases of prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up while ensuring patient education and smooth workflow in a dynamic environment.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree and an active RN license; Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage and various nursing interventions.
