Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role requires an active RN license, a maximum of one year of experience, and some travel experience. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend, weekly pay included with Sanford benefits, and a focus on serving

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA accreditation.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing; multistate license if NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and perform triage and other nursing interventions as needed.
