Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on providing comprehensive nursing care across the continuum, collaborating with physicians and inter-professional teams, and coordinating patient education and follow-up.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license (multistate if applicable), and at least one year of experience with a minimum six months travel

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state of practice (unencumbered); multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
