The Registered Nurse (RN) is a travel nursing opportunity with Solutions By Sanford in Fargo, ND. You will apply the nursing process to deliver patient care, collaborate with physicians, and support care coordination across the care continuum.

Contracts are 14 weeks with extension options and potential transfers to other Sanford sites. Full benefits eligibility and weekly pay are provided; RN licensure and accredited nursing education are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
