Solutions By Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments, including at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with a care team, and adherence to nursing standards.

The position offers weekly pay with stipend included, Sanford benefits, and 14-week contracts with options to extend or transfer to another Sanford site. A valid RN license and travel experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of nursing experience.
• At least six months of travel experience.
• Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for.
• Must hold RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care across settings and phases.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and standards of the state.
