The candidate will implement care plans, document care, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN with 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license with ability to obtain AZ license in 30 days.
• BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred by department.

Responsabilités

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Coordinates care and communicates patient condition across the team.
• Documents orders and ensures patient safety and medication administration.
• Coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
• Performs initial, re-, focused assessments as patient condition dictates.
• Formulates and updates plan of care with patient/family.
