In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Capable of physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Interested in traveling within and outside your state, with overnight hotel stays
• Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety in a retail environment
