Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire. The role requires 36 hours per week with night shifts and a travel schedule.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide direct patient care in diverse clinical areas, perform evaluations and treatments per guidelines, and maintain documentation while ensuring equipment safety. Must have BLS and ACLS; PALS/NRP may be required in some areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS/NRP may be required.
• NBRC certification required or eligible.
• RRT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Calibrate, assemble, and maintain respiratory equipment; evaluate function.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples per guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians and staff to optimize patient care.
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support.
