Responsibilities include oxygen administration, ventilator management, and initiating and assessing respiratory care services under physician supervision, with documentation in Epic EMR. This role offers a demanding schedule with 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM,

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• NRP and PALS certification required.
• NBRC certification required.
• Current MN license for Respiratory Therapist required.
• License required if applicable.
• NICU experience preferred.
• Experience with NICU, pediatric, adult and geriatric populations preferred.

• Current Respiratory Therapist license issued by the MN Board of Medical Practice required
• License required if applicable
• NICU experience preferred
• Experience with Newborn, Pediatric, Adult, and Geriatric populations preferred

Responsibilities

• Respiratory Therapy unit within a hospital setting
• Women and Children focused facility with Level III NICU and large Family Birth Center
• Uses Epic EMR
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Maroon scrubs required
• Responsible for oxygen administration, ventilator application, and initiation and assessment of respiratory care services under physician supervision
• Performs diagnostic studies as part of respiratory care duties
• MN DHS Net Study and fingerprinting required for all patient-facing positions
• Candidates with prior work history at this facility or affiliated organizations must disclose this on their resume
• Accepts local candidates within a 35 mile radius at a reduced rate
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of application and may not be honored afterward
