Job summary

MercyOne Genesis Silvis Medical Center is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for FirstChoice staffing. The role offers premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility through Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, with nationwide and regional opportunities and shifts in Days.

Local pay options and per diem travel are available. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of RT experience, a two-year RT program completion, current RRT, and state licensure as required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program: Registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state you are working.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with patients, physicians and other health personnel and department management.
• Analytical skills necessary to identify patient’s needs.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
