Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Ukiah, CA. The position involves night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule (5:00 PM–5:30 AM) with guaranteed 36 hours per week at a short-term acute care hospital.

Requirements include CA RCP license, NBRC credentials, current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP; 2+ years critical care experience; Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy; Master’s preferred. Travel support and credentialing assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• California Respiratory Care Practitioner license (RCP) required; NBRC credentials (RRT or CRT) required or eligible.
• Current BLS; ACLS; PALS; NRP certifications required by policy; PEARS preferred; NRP required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document appropriateness of prescribed respiratory therapy and adjust per policy.
• Administer aerosolized/oxygen therapies; monitor and document patient response.
