Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC required.
• CPR certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders.
• Participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with patients and caretakers.
• Update patient records accurately.
