Ideal candidates have ICU experience, strong respiratory assessment, and critical-care skills, capable of handling a fast-paced hospital environment with multi-disciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have ICU experience and strong respiratory assessment.
• Critical-care skills and ability to work in fast-paced hospital environment.
• Current RRT credential and Virginia state license required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, NBRC, and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• BiPAP/CPAP management.
• Ventilator management.
• Respiratory assessment and treatment.
• Oxygen therapy and ABG collection/analysis.
