Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment in Aurora, Colorado. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with breathing disorders.

The role requires at least 1 year of RRT experience, a state license, BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS, and CRT or NBRC certification. The shift is 12 hours, 36 hours per week, for 13 weeks, with ventilator and airway management duties.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• One year experience as an RRT.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum 6 months current acute care RRT hospital experience.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification.
• CRT or NBRC

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the treatment, care and needs of patients with breathing disorders.
• Ventilator management and airway management.
• Operate equipment such as Hamilton G5/C1/T1, V60 and Vyair Avea.
• Document care in Meditech.
