Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• RRT credential from NBRC must be active.
• Valid respiratory therapy license in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
• Assess patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Perform diagnostic tests and collect samples as needed.
• Administer therapies including chest physiotherapy and aerosols.
• Set up and monitor oxygen therapy equipment and flow rates.
• Document patient status and progression accurately.
• Educate patients/family on medication use and equipment.
