Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Milton, Massachusetts. You will provide advanced respiratory care in diverse clinical settings, collaborating with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires NBRC-registered RRT credential.
• Minimum 1 year of recent respiratory therapy experience as an RRT.
• Valid state license to practice respiratory therapy.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to develop patient treatment plans.
• Assess patients with breathing/cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Perform diagnostic tests and collect samples as needed.
• Deliver therapies including chest physiotherapy and aerosols.
• Set up and monitor respiratory equipment and oxygen delivery.
• Monitor and document patient status and progress.
• Educate patients and families on therapy use and safety.
• Perform other duties within the RRT scope.
