The position requires Minnesota license before start, BLS/ACLS (NRP/PALS where applicable), and hospital experience. On-site with no telework; Epic EMR is used; travel stipends and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC CRT required; RRT credential within 1 year.
• Minnesota RT license required before first day of employment; license applicable.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP/PALS where applicable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the specialty; hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in a hospital-based unit.
• Assess and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Document care in Epic charting system.
• Support rotating 12-hour shifts; 36 hours per week.
