Requirements: - Active Maryland Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure. - 3 years of Respiratory Therapy experience. - ACLS and BLS certifications. - Adult Critical Care and Emergency Department respiratory experience. - Airway management including extubation, intubation assistance, suctioning, and tracheostomy care. - Experience with bronchoscopy support and sputum specimen collection. - Ventilator management including BiPAP, CPAP, SIMV, pressure-alarm troubleshooting, and weaning from mechanical ventilation. - Chest physiotherapy, arterial blood gas collection, and ABG interpretation. - Experience with BiPAP and CPAP, mechanical ventilators, high-flow oxygen systems, nebulizer, and aerosol medication-delivery systems.
