Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Clive, IA. The role involves comprehensive nursing care for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries, with 12-hour day shifts and 36 hours per week. Start ASAP, with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, implement care plans, and ensure accurate documentation. Benefits include competitive pay and support from a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Rehab RN experience required.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations (IA).
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
• Educate patients about procedures and post-operative care.
• Coordinate holistic care including mobility, rehab exercises, and ADLs.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments per safety protocols.
• Maintain clean, stocked patient rooms and assist with transports.
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
