Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Springdale, AR. The role offers 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with a focus on comprehensive rehab nursing care for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.

As a Rehab RN, you’ll perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote mobility and functional recovery while enjoying competitive pay and traveler benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient records.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post-operative care.
• Coordinate and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and ADLs, while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to interventions, document progress and communicate deviations to the team.
• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments with proper documentation and safety compliance.
