TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Sioux City, Iowa. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of rehab experience and current BLS certification, with eligibility for state licensure. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans and support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Current BLS certification is required; other certifications may be required.
• Must be eligible for state licensure.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care for neurological, orthopedic, and rehabilitation needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and progress in therapy; adjust plans as needed.
• Administer medications and manage pain control.
• Educate patients and families on recovery goals and home care.
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
