Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Rehab RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Nashua, NH. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.

The role requires one year of rehab RN experience, an active RN license, and a current BLS certification. Travel positions include competitive pay and benefits, with a commitment to safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and document appropriately into records
• Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post-operative care
• Coordinate and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and ADLs, while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to therapeutic interventions, documenting progress and communicating any deviations or concerns to the interdisciplinary team
• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support rehabilitation care
• Assist with safe patient transport to and from therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care areas as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
