Job summary

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Aurora, Colorado. The role requires an RRT with experience, CPR/BCLS certification, and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 36-hour work week.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and implement patient care plans, document procedures, and contribute to quality improvement while supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Respiratory Therapist.
• Maintain current CPR/BCLS certification.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS or NRP preferred.
• Excellent communication with staff, physicians, patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.

Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Respiratory Therapist to help us to provide quality patient care during this COVID 19 Crisis. As a member of the Respiratory Team, develop and ensure the patient plan of care in collaboration with physicians, registered nurses, and other therapists.
