Job Overview

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. Responsibilities

• Administer a variety of simple and complex respiratory and cardiology modalities to patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Clean, disinfect, assemble, calibrate, and maintain respiratory and cardiology equipment. Evaluate equipment for proper and safe function and report malfunctions to the director.
• Perform arterial puncture and analyze samples according to procedure guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other hospital personnel to optimize patient care.
• Respond to emergent situations requiring respiratory support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS and NRP may be required for some assignments.
• BLS, ACLS, RRT certification and 1 year of experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
• Visual acuity: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Specific stipend and relocation details will be confirmed during the interview process.
