Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA. You will provide respiratory care across assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment for patients with breathing disorders, with 12-hour shifts and a 3x12 schedule.

Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, active state license, BLS and ACLS, at least one year of RRT experience, and proficiency with invasive and non-invasive

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• One year experience as an RRT.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with invasive and non-invasive ventilatory equipment.
• Experience performing 12-Lead EKG and basic arrhythmia recognition.
• Experience with arterial puncture and endotracheal tube insertion/removal.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory care for patients with breathing disorders.
• Provide respiratory care according to physician orders and patient needs.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
