HealthForce Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, Urgent Care for a travel assignment in Big Sky, Montana. 13-week contract starting 11/16/2026, with 40 guaranteed hours per week on 10-hour day shifts. Weekly pay ranges from $2,459 to $2,478, with weekends/holidays included.

Candidates must hold an active Montana RN license and BLS certification; ED/urgent care experience preferred. On-site acute care setting with possible on-call duties; staffing support and credentialing

• Implement the prescribed plan of care and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families and promote a safe environment.
• Collaborate with the health care team and contribute to professional practice.
• Maintain ethical practice, confidentiality, and keep knowledge current with standards.

Requirements

• Active Montana Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Preferred experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or other acute care settings
• Preferred experience in pre-hospital environments (e.g., ski patrol, search and rescue, EMS)
• Ability to work in a busy hospital-equivalent acute care setting and on a 10-hour shift
• On-call duties may be required to respond to organizational needs
